The second of two +/-18,000 square foot office buildings shown above is currently under construction on this 3.455 acre tract. The first of these buildings is fully leased. My firm represented the buying group which purchased the land. One member of the group is a successful Nashville area contractor who is constructing the buildings. This was an interesting negotiation in that there were some issues with Branch Creek which runs along the rear of the property and the two parcels on which the buildings are being built had to be subdivided from a larger parcel. It took over a year to get the purchase completed but we made it. Franklin, Tennessee is located in Williamson County, the 16th wealthiest county in the nation. It is home to Cool Springs Mall, a major regional shopping center and a litany of major companies’ headquarters including Nissan North America.
